JACKIE Fullerton is one of Ballymena's most loved sons. Over the years he has had success as a footballer, television presenter and entertainer. |
He has always promoted the town and supported its football club Ballymena United. Last summer through Direct Canvassing Jackie joined Sports Bond on the agency of Alex Beverland to support the Sky Blues further and this week Jackie Fullerton (A4690) won his first prize on Sports Bond and became a £50 major winner and got his first years subscription back in one win which we are sure he will find pleasing. Thanks Jackie for your support over the years and you have a great agent in Alex Beverland. Another Sky Blue supporter was our other major winner this week and that was David Oliver (A5409) of Leighmohr Avenue. David and both his sons are regulars at the Showgrounds. The three minor winners this week are all previous winners. Elizabeth Boam (A8757) on the agency of Tommy Patterson, Galgorm member William Hull (A6503) on the agency of Maurice Anderson and finally Sports Bond agent Janice Crawford on her own agency. The jackpot numbers were 10, 13, 15, and 17 and saw no jackpot won so the jackpot is £500 for this week. This is the same amount where it was last won by Julie Acheson. To be a Sports Bond winner like Jackie Fullerton join Sports Bond now on 07831 803970. |

Agent News |
We were saddened to learn of the passing of Sports Bond member Ann Rock, a well known Tullygarley resident. We extend our sympathy to her daughter Mandy and son in law Billy Millar, both Sports Bond members. Ann was the wife of Bertie Rock a lifelong Ballymena United supporter. Ann had only joined Sports Bond last year on the agency of Maurice Anderson. Happy Birthday wishes to Pamela Anderson, wife of Sports Bond agent Maurice Anderson, who celebrates another Birthday on Tuesday. On Wednesday another member on Maurice's, Denver Galloway celebrates his birthday. Congratulations to Sports Bond member Robert Duddy, whose Harryville Homers have won through to another Irish Junior Cup final at Windsor Park. It is fantastic news that both the Senior and Junior finals will have teams representing Ballymena in them. |
First Score |
At Shamrock Park on Friday evening the winning First Score time was 10 minutes. As yet we have no claims. To claim contact Brian Thompson on 07831 803970. We believe a winning card for the Irish Cup Semi Final against Larne may have been accidentally discarded by a well known Ballymena supporter. Always be careful and retain your card if you believe you are in with a shout. Unfortunately due to another commitment there will be no First Score at Mourneview on Tuesday evening. |
Grand Sports Draw |
Tickets for the Grand Sports Draw on April 29th are continuing to be distributed. They will also be on sale on Saturday at the game with Dungannon Swifts. The First Prize is a wonderful trip to see Newcastle United in the Premier League in season 2023/2024. John Pogue whose company Mountfield quality products are player sponsor to captain Josh Kelly has kindly donated his season tickets at Newcastle for a game next season. Another football prize in the draw is a pair of multi-match tickets for the NI Super Cup in July. These allows the holders to attend any match in the competition including finals. Tickets are priced at £2 and there are numerous sellers including all Sports Bond agents. |
