BALLYMENA United are delighted to announce the signings of TJ Murray, Marc Walsh and Sam Johnston.
|
|
|
|
|
|
All three have been involved with the club during pre-season and impressed to earn contracts.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Goalkeeper Johnston is no stranger to the club having signed in June 2021, but having spent a period out on loan returns to compete with Sean O’Neill for the starting spot on goals.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Murray, 28, has played in most of the pre-season matches this summer, and brings a wealth of experience to the midfield and the flexibility to play across other positions. Having developed through Dungoyne and then Linfield's youth system he has spent the last number of years at the heart of the Ards midfield.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Walsh, 22, caught the eye of supporters when he played against Ballymoney United in a recent friendly, and the former Swansea and Derry City forward joins having spent last year at Dungannon Swifts.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Squad numbers for all players will be updated at the start of next week.
