Linfield MATCH REPORT

Betty's first win on Sports Bond
Uploaded Monday, 22nd Mar, 2021 at 10:14

One of Ballymena United's lady supporters had her first win on Sports Bond this week.
Over the years Betty Shaw (A2631) ran a successful Bed and Breakfast business in Albert Place before retiring a few years back. She is a season ticket holder and attends home games, in fact she was amongst those who were at the last Ballymena game which had crowds in December. Betty joined Sports Bond a couple of years ago as a yearly payer and this week she had her first win a £50 major win. Congratulations to Betty and thanks for helping the club over the years.

We were delighted that another big Ballymena United supporter and a NHS worker was also a £50 major winner this week. Laurence McCallion (B9730) has been a long time member of Sports Bond and is member on Margaret Downeys agency. Both work in Antrim Area Hospital so we are proud of their efforts in this pandemic year. In fact there are four members of the McCallion family in Sports Bond and Laurence used to say they all won except him. Not so now Laurence. Hope to see you back at the Showgrounds sometime this year. Anyway as you live in Portglenone and the fishing season is with us soon.

Another big football fan is Maurice Goldring (B7259) and we are pleased he is a £10 minor winner this week, and hope it's a bigger prize next time. Out in Ahoghill Jean Archer (B4736) was also a £10 winner. Jean is a member on Maurice Anderson's agency and is our third B prefix winner this week.

After Eddie Ingram winning the big one last week the jackpot returned to its £100 starting point but the numbers 4, 7, 16, and 17 saw no member allocated. Join Sports Bond now on 07831 803970.
Agents News
There will be celebrating in the Wylie household this weekend as Yvonne Wylie will have her Birthday on Saturday. Very best wishes to Yvonne on her birthday and thanks to her and the Wylie family for their support of Sports Bond with no less than 5 family members.

Birthday wishes to Andy Davison, a member on Maurice Anderson's agency. Unfortunately Andy spent his birthday in hospital but he is improving and hopes to be out soon. Also out of hospital is member Mary Surgenor who is recuperating with family.

Sadly we also learned that member Gordon Murdock is in hospital and we send Gordon our very best wishes for the next few weeks.
