January Sales - Part 2
Uploaded Sunday, 27th Dec, 2020 at 17:25

ON our Boxing Day catch up with manager David Jeffrey, we scooped an exclusive signing for the Sky Blues!
We can confirm the signing of Northern Ireland Under-21 International Sean Graham from Blackpool FC.
The 20-year-old left sided player has been training with the first team squad, and now officially joins the Sky Blues having received International clearance this week. Having come up through the youth ranks at Crusaders, he was spotted at the Super Cup by Blackpool, and went on to earn two Northern Ireland U21 call ups during a half-season loan spell at Larne in 2020.

'In terms of strengthening the squad in January, as discussed its down to available spaces and being able to bring people in as others may go. It's always been Bryan and my way to do our main business in the summer, but that’s not to say that we're always just content with what we have and if we feel someone could strengthen us now then we will look at that. Sean is a young player who has been out of the game for a few months but is very much aiming to get back over across the water and he sees the development opportunities here for the likes of Kofi and Trai, and wanted to join to become part of that. Being left sided, we have Ross Redman and Steven McCullough in there too, but with Steven out injured them we wanted to strength there.'
Moving on to loanee Ciaran Kelly David said 'We're delighted with Ciaran, he has grown into the club, is a popular lad who is professional, applied himself and enjoys being here. The long and short of it though is that he is a Bohemian player. We would love to have him stay here, even just to the end of the season, but that's not in our gift to sort as it'll be up to Bohemian and Ciaran to decide. We've been in contact with them and will stay in touch, and can only wait and see what happens, but unless something changes Ciaran is only here until early January.'
