BALLYMENA United host Dungannon Swifts in the Danske Bank Premiership at the Showgrounds on Saturday afternoon.
The sides last met on the opening day of the season at Stangmore Park, the Swifts grabbing a share of the points with a last minute penalty put away by Seanan Clucas after Ross Lavery had taken down Rhyss Campbell just inside the box.

They were knocked out of the BetMcLean League Cup in the 3rd round with a 4-0 home defeat to Linfield after easing past Dergview with a 2-0 home win in the previous round. Having knocked Armagh City out of the Mid-Ulster Cup with a 4-1 home win, the Swifts went on to face Loughgall who beat them 3-1 on penalties after the game finished 3-3 after extra-time.
Ballymena United:
United have 5 wins, 5 draws and 9 defeats in the league this season, leaving them sitting in 8th place, just 3 ahead of the Swifts who have a game in hand. Since the start of November, the Sky Blues have lost 3-0 at home to Larne, 2-1 to Carrick Rangers at home, 1-0 away to Cliftonville, drawn 1-1 at home to Institute, lost 2-1 away to Linfield, 2-1 away to Warrenpoint Town, finally getting their first league win in 11 games against Crusaders last Saturday, a single goal from Joshua Kelly in the 88th minute enough to grab all 3 crucial points.

United were knocked out of the BetMcLean League Cup at the quarter-final stage by Crusaders, losing 2-1 at home after extra-time, but have made it to the final of the Toals Co Antrim Shield, where the will face Cliftonville, with wins over Dundela, Crusaders and Harland & Wolff Welders.
