BALLYMENA United will hope to get back to winning form as they take on Newry City at the Showgrounds on Saturday afternoon.
The last meeting between the sides was at the Newry Showgrounds in November, United running out 2-1 winners thanks to first half goals fro Adam Lecky and Andrew McGrory.
Newry City:
Newry City currently sit in the relegation play-off spot, 5 points ahead of basement side Ards and 3 points behind 9th placed neighbours Warrenpoint Town with a game in hand.

In their last few games they've beaten Coleraine 1-0 away from home, drew 1-1 at Dungannon Swifts and, in their Boxing Day derby game, drew 2-2 at Warrenpoint Town.
Ballymena United:
Despite only managing a draw at home to Coleraine on Boxing Day, United remain top of the league, with the gap cut to two points as Linfield hammered Glentoran 4-0.

Manager David Jeffrey praised his side after they came from 3-1 down to grab a late draw and keep their unbeaten run going, and stated that it was the heroics from Coleraine 'keeper Chris Johns that prevented the Sky Blues from claiming a late win. Newry City were unlucky not to come away with all 3 points from their Boxing Day, shipping an equaliser in the dying embers of the game, and will prove stiff competition.
Match Officials:
Referee: Lee Tavinder. Assistant 1: Richard Storey. Assistant 2: Ken Ross. 4th Official: Diarmuid Harrigan.
Match Information:
Admission is payable at the gate.

Kick off is 3:00pm.
The disappointment of the Boxing Day draw should provide the Sky Blues with the determination to bounce back with a win against the Newry side, along with the knowledge that a win will secure a top-of-the-table place going into 2019. Make your way to the Showgrounds and be loud and proud in support of YOUR team - Come On Sky Blues!
