Ballinamallard United:
The Mallards were defeated 2-1 by Linfield on Saturday at Ferney Park, and 2-1 on Wednesday night by Portadown at Shamrock Park.

The Fermanagh men finished second bottom in the league last season, but managed to defeat Institute over two legs and stay in the Danske Bank Premiership.
Ballymena United:
Ballymena United suffered a heavy defeat on Saturday, going down 6-0 to Crusaders at Seaview, but drew 3-3 on Wednesday night at home to Glenavon.
