Player Sponsor Wins on Sports Bond
Uploaded Sunday, 10th Mar, 2019 at 22:52

IT IS always nice to see people who sponsor the club get something back for their involvement.
Christie Colhoun (A0240) has been a Player Sponsor for many years, he is also a Sports Bond member on the agency of Maurice Anderson and this week he was a £50 major prize winner. Maurice also had a £10 minor winner with Heidi McKillen (B4215), now Heidi joined Sports Bond just around this time last year and this is her second win as she was a £50 winner some months ago, so uniquely she has won more than her stake to date.

Somebody who has also worked hard for the club over the years is Reid McAuley (B0144) and this week Reid won £50 on his own agency. A major win also for Beryl Corbett (B0750) on the agency of P Thompson, also on her agency Tom Gordon (A1907), a previous multiple winner picked up another £10. Agent Margaret Downey in Portglenone had the last £10 winner with son Gareth Downey (A6071).

No Jackpot was allocated with the numbers 5, 14, 21 and 28 and this weeks Jackpot is £250.
Agents News
Sadly we learned of the sudden passing of Walter Graham, father of former agent Colin Graham. To Colin and Walter's wife Lorraine, who helped with the agency, we send our deepest sympathy.

Also we send best wishes to Yvonne Wylie who after a spell in hospital fell at home and is now back in hospital with a fractured knee.

Better news for Des Crowe who has come through hip surgery and is now out of hospital.
New Agent
We are delighted to have young supporter Alex Beverland join Sports Bond as an agent for the Ballymoney Road area. Alex has been supporting Ballymena for 7 years and is a member of the Spirit of '89 Club.
First Score
We have had some great stories on Sports Bond in the last few weeks. First there was Willy Adair winning twice at the League Cup Final, last week saw Johnny Ericsson from Sweden winning at the Irish Cup Quarter Final at Seaview and at the last premier league match at Windsor Jonny Crooks won his first ever First Score and got £30. On Saturday he won his second with a 30 minute card and picked up £60. Now Johnny joins Nigel McIlrath, Kaitlyn Purdy, David Galbraith and Willy Adair on 2 wins each and all seek that magical third for a free season ticket for 2019 2020. With only one away match left all is up to be won.
