Charles Having Sports Bond Success
Uploaded Sunday, 25th Nov, 2018 at 22:58

WE noted recently that we were delighted that after the closure of the Michelin Social Club Charlie Havelin had started a new agency in his new venture Charlie's Bar on Broughshane Street.
Now with an agency going for about 2 months Charlie has enjoyed more success in that he himself (B6233) was a £50 major winner this week. Last month he was also a £10 minor winner, so if you are a regular at Charlie's join Sports Bond and you may enjoy Charlie's success.

Jim Ross (A1913) in Cullybackey, a former Gallaher/JTI employee was a major £50 winner. In Craigywarren Raymond Lynn (A5478) was also a £50 major winner, both are members of P Thompson's agency.

Agent Cameron Gregg in Clough had a family member winner with his granny Maureen Gregg (B6582), in Antrim Leslie McKee (B4223) was a £10 winner, Leslie was a £50 winner a few months ago. Tommy Patterson (A2373) was a £10 winner on his own agency.

The Jackpot for this week is £450 after the numbers 12, 16, 19 and 25 saw no member allocated the Jackpot prize.
First Score
Adam Leckey opened the scoring at Newry in the 36 minute. Tony Dillon was very pleased as he had a 36 minute scratch card and picked up £30, his first score win for 4 years.
Agent News
We were sorry to learn that Sports Bond member Richard McMaster, a member of Maurice Anderson's agency, lost his brother Robin (Rab) last week. Robin was a Sky Blue fan often travelling with his nephew Jordan to home and away matches. We extend our sympathy to the McMaster family.
Walk of Hope
As Ballymena United had a chance to go top of the league on Friday night the Sky Blue faithful came to Newry in many ways. Supporter Clubs came by bus like Ballymoney and Rasharkin Club, many in cars, Bobby Fleming came on his motorbike and Brian Thompson walked from Banbridge to Newry to complete another Walk of Hope for BraveheartsNI. Newry City kindly allowed BraveheartsNI to take a collection and it was a memorable occasion.
Curtis Signed Shirt Promotion
Ethan Gaston was the winner of the Curtis Cars signed shirt promotion. He was presented with the shirt by Stephen Smyth, General Manager of Curtis Toyota. Stephen has stated that the results were awesome and wished to thank all who entered and shared on social media.
