Uploaded Sunday, 2nd Sep, 2018 at 21:42

JONNY Moore (A2764), a member of the Development Committee agency celebrated his birthday by watching Ballymena defeat Dollingstown by 5 goals to 1 at Dixon Park and on Tuesday morning, his birthday, he won £50 on Sports Bond.
Jonny won't forget this birthday for a while. Anthony McCartney (A6105) was a £50 major winner yet again this week on the agency of Richard McClean.

However the agent of the week tag goes to Maurice Anderson who had one major winner with William McCombe (A0620) and he had the entire minor section winners with Ian Kennedy (A0532), a first win for Jackie Gordon (A9364) in Ahoghill and Karen Young (A2053) in Larne.

No Jackpot was allocated with the numbers 5, 12, 14 and 22 and so the Jackpot is £800 for this week.
Agents News
A big week for the Russell family as Sports Bond agent Vicki Russell married long time partner Stuart Gregg on a beautiful day at Gracehill Golf Club and Hedges Hotel. A marvellous day was enjoyed by all who attended and not all Sky Blue fans were at Warrenpoint! We take the opportunity to wish the newly married Mr and Mrs Gregg many happy years together and that all the Russell family for their support for Sports Bond over 16 years.
First Score
This week we had two First Scores and incredibly one person dominated both promotions. At Dixon Park on Tuesday the winning time was 15 minutes and that card belonged to Nigel McIlrath who won £30. At Warrenpoint on Saturday Jonny Addis. The goal was recorded in the 9th minute and guess who had that card - Nigel McIlrath! So under the First Score rules Nigel picks up a 'double up' to £60. "To be honest Nigel is a great supporter of First Score and I am delighted with his success" commented Brian Thompson. On a third win in a season you win a season ticket for next year, now what does a Management Committee member do with a free season ticket? On another point Ballymena's domination at Warrenpoint was complete when Bertie Morrison won the half time draw and left with 2 bottles of champagne.
Walk of Hope
How did you spend the Bank Holiday? Brian Thompson got up at 5am, caught the 6am bus to Belfast and the 7:20am to Banbridge. He then walked 15 miles to Newry and got the 2pm bus back to Belfast and was back in Ballymena for 4pm to start Sports Bond collections! He finished the last miles to Warrenpoint on Saturday morning and completed another Walk of Hope. Many thanks to Warrenpoint Town FC for allowing a collection at the game.
