"Dog gone" Another Sports Bond Win
Uploaded Friday, 29th Dec, 2017 at 19:34

A few months ago as part of the "magic member" promotion Tommy Patterson gave his dog Max a Sports Bond membership.
That, believe it or not, was copied by a couple of Sports Bond agents namely David Brown and Maurice Anderson. Max won £10, now David Brown's dog Frazer (A6259) has become the first canine to win a major £50! For Sports Bond it's a dog's life, David Brown is not complaining he picks up a bonus £50!

Sky Blue fan Geoff McIlveen (A1630) was a £50 major winner on Maurice Anderson's agency. After a few years of waiting Billy Linton (A8033) has become a £50 major winner also.

In the minor section Alan John (AJ) Mitchell (A1721) may be in Australia but he's still winning on Sports Bond with a £10 minor win. Beverley Rainey (A6843) adds a £10 win to her recent £50 win. At long last a win for Maurice Millar (A4540) head of the Millar clan in Wilson Avenue.

No Jackpot allocated in this the last draw of 2017 with the numbers 12, 15, 17 and 28. So the Jackpots first draw of 2018 will be for £950, a nice start to the year for some Sports Bond member.
First Score
There were a few happy First Score winners over the holiday period. At Seaview on 22nd December Derek Russell won his first First Score of the season with an 18 minute winning card getting Derek £30. Last year Derek had two First Score wins. On Boxing Day two winners have been found with a 40 minute winning card. Two years ago Stuart McCarthy had a win at the Boxing Day game and guess what he won again this year picking up £30. Broughshane Sky Blue Tom Douglas also had a 40 minute card winning £30.
A Happy New Year to all our Sports Bond agents and members.
